Chopard – L.U.C Quattro rose gold and platinum

Chopard - L.U.C Quattro

This year at Baselworld Chopard has presented the new versions of the L.U.C Quattro watch. The precious platinum and rose gold applied in the stylish and tasteful design.

The both L.U.C Quattro watch versions are equipped with the four-barrel movement launched in 2005 and protected by two patents. In 2005, this movement was a world’s first with its features.
The fine watchmaking timepieces, we can say about them. Modern elegance of the design and technical expertise enclosed in the complex four-barrel movement.

The hand-wound L.U.C Calibre 98.01-L movement is enclosed in the smooth case with a diameter of 43mm. 18K rose gold or platinum – these are the materials you can choose between. The movement with Quattro technology affords to enjoy the prolonged power reserve, which in this case is about 216 hours (9 days). The movement operates at 28,800 vph (4 Hz). This high end mechanism with COSC-certification can be admired by connoiseurs through the sapphire crystal case back. The movement bridges are deocrated with the classic, effective Côtes de Genève finishing.

The thing I very like about the dial of the L.U.C Quattro watch is the sunburst satin-brushed center, which is encircled by the stylish roman numerals. The coloristic configurations, between which we can choose are : chocolate or blue-grey dial, numerals and hands – gilt or rhodiumed. The next thing is the attachment to the wearer’s wrist. In this matter, the 18K rose gold version goes with the matching brown alligator leather strap and the platinum version with the navy blue alligator leather strap. The characteristic shapes of the polished case, smooth and mesmerizing light effects are the showcase of the real L.U.C watch.
