One of the most anticipated unveilings of the Baselworld 2017. Here they are – new watches from the ROLEX.

 

There is one month of the year, on which all watch lovers are waiting for. This month is so special, because of the biggest watch event that takes places – the Baselworld. Almost all new watches from different companies are being unveiled during this event. Today, let’s see what Rolex prepared for this year.

 

 

 

Rolex Sky-Dweller 

For the first time, Sky-Dweller has been presented in two-tone (stainless steel and 18K gold). It features bigger hands and stylish rectangular hour markers.

Yacht-Master II

The yacht-master II remains almost the same with the slight change of the dial (12 o’clock and 6 o’clock hour markers, new hands).

Cosmograph Daytona

This is the only novelty from Rolex that doesn’t appeal to me at all. Oysterflex strap and this whole black contrasting details in this matter… just doesn’t seem right. As much as I love the 18K Yacht-Master with the Oysterflex strap, this one piece looks ugly. I hope to be wrong about this watch. I hope to see it in person to change my mind.

Sea-Dweller

The new generation of the Sea-Dweller – a true legend with redesigned 43mm case and new calibre 3235. It’s been made as the tribute for its 50th anniversary. A date display is equipped with the Cyclops lens for the first time, to provide more legible view.
