New Rolex Deepsea combines precision and innovative solutions in one. Model D-Blue was created to commemorate the diving of James Cameron. 44 mm envelope hides a Rolex caliber 3135 mechanism – COSC certified. The watch is equipped with a Ringlock system that allows the watch, to endure the impact of water pressure corresponding to the three tones.
This watch is made of stainless 904L, and the back of titanium grade 5.
Bezel of the watch is made of extremely hard ceramic material Cerachrom , manufactured by Rolex. It is resistant to any scratches, and it takes up to 40 hours to produce it. Bezel has engraved 60 minute scale. The crown of this watch is equipped with a triple system of waterproof protection, which protects the watch against water pressure. Front of the watch is covered with a thick, 5 millimeter layer of sapphire glass. An important element of the Rolex Deepsea D-blue is helium valve, which is especially important in diving at serious depths.
