JEANRICHARD – Terrascope with a Blue Marine Dial

JEANRICHARD - Terrascope with a blue marine dial

A new watch from JEANRICHARD that I really like, namely the Terrascope with a marine blue dial. The watch has been presented at the Baselworld 2015 along with the other Terrascope variations.

When I look at the dial of this watch, I can recall the great memories connected with the majestic ocean and a pure water reflecting the sunshine. Now, this beautiful impression has been enchanted in the new Terrascope watch with even bigger case. It includes the whole brand’s philosophy telling us about the life with a thirst for the adventure and exploration, which means that not only the big and dangerous adventures matter. Every single day is a journey and the Terrascope watch is a perfect companion during these journeys.

JEANRICHARD - Terrascope with a blue marine dial

The new Terrascope watch is offered in two universal sizes – 39mm and 44mm, to fit both men and women. The polished stainless steel, vertically satin-finished, surrounds a deep blue dial – made of lacquered brass, which has been made by using a special technique.
A dial features a suspended blue hour markers making an impression of the height. Each index is topped by the luminescent rectangle. The both (39mm and 44mm) versions are equipped with the same automatic self-winding Calibre JR60 movement bringing to life functions like : hours, minutes, seconds and a date, which is displayed in the aperture at 3 o’clock. Time is being indicated by broad hands with the luminescent coating. The front of the watch is covered by a sapphire crystal. The interesting addition to the 39mm version of the new Terrascope is the sapphire crystal back through which, we can admire the great JR60 movement. Both watches go with the durable rubber strap and additionally the 39mm version can go with the ostrich leather strap.
