Rolex – watches that inspire (my favorites)
The first model will be Sky-Dweller . It is the first model of Rolex (not counting Daytona) that I like in the configuration with a brown leather strap. A beautiful, 42-millimeter case and bezel engraved, rose gold color perfectly match with a dial in chocolate color. The new watch is protected by 14 patents. A main feature of a Sky-dweller is to show the time in two time zones, and 24-hour indexes allow travellers to distinguish the hours of day and night. Date window goes with a special “magnifying glass”, which enables to accurate reading of the date daily. The watch also shows the months (indices correspond to the months).
Another interesting watch, which I like is a Day-Date “President” . The watch is made of 18k gold, bracelet “President”, which is my favorite among the other available. Envelope has 36 millimeters, champagne dial and fluted bezel, has a date window with “magnifying glass” at 3 o’clock and a special window for displaying days of the week at 12 o’clock.

My next favorite is a sport diver – Submariner . Envelope has 40 millimeters, green bezel and black dial with indexes made of white gold, LumiNova is covering indexes and pointers cause a quite good visibility of a watch in darkness. Simple and transparent in the use watch is the foundation for an active lifestyle. The Caliber 3135 mechanism rises to life date window along with “magnifying glass” that makes it easy to read the date on the watch. Water resistance is 300m, with “Triplock” crown.
The last watch on today is the Rolex Milgauss . Magnetic fields are invisible as we know, and hasn’t so much influence on the human organism, so we don’t pay attention to it. Unlike to humans, mechanical watches react when part of such a watch mechanism become magnetized, watch fails to be as accurate as he was. The name Milgauss is taken from the French mille Gauss and refers to the resistance of the watch to a magnetic field up to 1,000 Gauss (the name taken from Karl Friedrich Gauss physics) means a unit of measurement of magnetic field. The watch has a 40 millimeters polished envelope and bezel. 3,6,9 indexes are orange, as well as the seconds hand in the shape of “lightning” . Simple, uncomplicated design of the watch makes it so great.
