URWERK has presented the new watches, namely two models called UR-106 Lotus and Black Lotus. They feature the highest feminie class and elegance.

The thing has to be told about these watches is they are first highly luxury timepieces for women by URWERK. They strike at a glance with the case and the crown set with beautiful diamonds. Despite these watches are completely different from the rest of URWERK timepieces, the one thing stays the same, namely the satellite time showing.

“We wanted to create a clean, elegant and feminine watch, and I must admit that we found this new challenge quite scary. But thinking about the remarkable women who have accompanied URWERK from the start made us take the step.”

Starting with the dimensions of 35mm x 49.4mm x 14.45 mm, these watches goes with the steel case and titanium crown and case back. Everything is set nicely with the diamonds. The movement, which brings to life all functions in the Lotus watch is the UR-6.01 with the automatic winding. It operates at 28,800 vph (4 Hz). The power reserve in this watch is about 48 hours, when fully wound.

In terms of complications the watch is equipped with the satellite hours and lapis lazuli moonphase display. Besides that, the minutes can be easily tracked in the legible scale. The front of the watch is covered with the thick sapphire crystal. The both versions (Lotus and Black Lotus) are limited to just 11 pieces.
