2014 was the year of the Porsche Motorsport LMP1 introduction – a new vehicle 919 Hybrid. Chopard – official partner decided to make a kind of tribute to the supercar with the Superfast Chrono Porsche 919.

Superfast Chrono Porsche 919 watch is driven by Chopard 03.05-M movement, which is a mechanical self-winding chronograph. It operates at 28,800 vph (4 Hz) and provides the 60 hours of power reserve, when fully wound. We can see the whole movement through the open case back along with the inscription : “Official Timing Partner Porsche Motorsport”

The sturdy and cold stainless steel case has a 45mm of diameter. It offers the the bezel with tachymetric scale secured with the eight, black contrasting screws. There is a characteristic 919 logo in red colour at the 12-hour counter at 9 o’clock. Oversized numerals and black hands complement the whole racing spirit of this watch. Chrono Porsche 919 watch is equipped with the functions like : 30-minute indicator at 3 o’clock, small seconds at 6 o’clock, date display in the aperture at 4-5 o’clock and 12-hour indicator (9 o’clock). The watch goes with the matching black rubber strap.
