Which luxury brands spent the most on advertising in 2014 ?

One year ago I have posted the article about money spent on an advertising in 2013. This time I would like to show you some changes, which took place in 2014.



The information concerns the watch companies and their outgoings on advertisting in the U.S

This time the whole amount spent on advertising has exceeded the $500 million and hit to about $535,40 million in 2014. As you can expect the company that spent the most is still Rolex since 2000 with the result of $56,40 million. It is less than in 2013, where the result was exceeding $60 million.

The second place belongs to Breitling with the result of $45,12 million, which is slightly more than in 2013 spent on advertising. The 2013 was the year of a Breitling’s huge jump (48,7%) in advertising.

The biggest change at the top of the chart is Omega. With almost 50% jump of the amount spent on advertising Omega changed its position to the third place. The company spent nearly $34,50 million.

The fourth place belongs to the Cartier after it has been overtaken by Omega. The company spent $25,50 million and it is slightly more than the amount spent in 2013.

The fifth place is taken by the Citizen with the $23,62 million spent on advertising.
